Privacy policy

Effective September 24, 2026.

This policy describes how Kalshi Spot Caller handles information when you use the extension and its account service.

Information we handle

• Account: Google sign-in is handled through Supabase. Your account includes an identifier, email address, and basic Google profile information such as your name and profile image when supplied. Authentication tokens and account settings are stored in the extension's local browser storage.
• Filters: Your confirmed free username, saved filter list, and purchase entitlement are stored in Supabase and cached in your browser to provide and synchronize the service.
• Payments: Stripe handles checkout and payment details. Our backend stores transaction identifiers and purchase, refund, or dispute status linked to your account. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout, not in the extension.
• Chat: The extension reads usernames, message text and message elements on Kalshi pages to display filtered chat. This processing stays in your tab; our extension does not transmit chat text to our backend.
• Operational information: Hosting and authentication services may process IP addresses, request metadata, timestamps and error logs for operation, security and troubleshooting.

Use and service providers

We use this information to authenticate users, save filters, enforce the permanent free choice, verify purchases, provide support and operate the service. Google provides sign-in, Supabase provides authentication and account storage, Render hosts the backend, and Stripe processes payments. These providers process relevant information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not sell user data or use it for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated purposes. Information may be disclosed when required by law. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and your choices

Account, filter and entitlement records are retained while needed to provide the service. Payment providers may retain transaction records for legal and accounting obligations. Operational logs and backups follow the providers' retention settings. Signing out clears the extension's local account session; uninstalling removes its local storage but does not delete your online account.

To request access, correction or deletion of your account data, contact navcitypunk@hotmail.com from the email associated with your account. We may verify account ownership. Deleting an account removes its saved filters and linked entitlement records; records required by law may be retained.
